Harvey didn't have much choice but to bring players back sooner than the fitness blokes would have liked. He had a contractual obligation to field a football team every week.

They haven't improved.

To blame the ground is nonsense. If someone has identified that the ground is too hard and not taken steps to softened it, then that's completely negligent. Which is worse than incompetent.

Do our women's team have a different fitness staff to look after them. In its infancy, the girls should be relatively healthy in their first season. Now should we be looking at replacing the staff if the injury toll starts to mount over a period of time.

I reckon Freo just might be keeping tabs on days lost to injuries over time and how that is comparative to the AFL average, it's only a guess but it's something I'd want to be aware of before calling for people's heads (unless I was looking for somewhere to target my load of miscellaneous anger that is).
