The EFAT looks great.
As for its location, there needed to be a very compelling reason to build the new training base anywhere other than Freo Oval. That case was never communicated. That's not to say there weren't good reasons for the move, but if the Freo tragics that make up this board don't know what they are, then the club did a miserable job of communicating the benefits of Cockburn to the members.
Given the responsible President ran a communications consultancy, and thus should be expected to be able to communicate a simple message, an inference could be drawn that there weren't actually compelling reasons.
I drew a further inference that Harris was a complete knob. I'm quite confident on that one.
