Well, that didn’t go very well, did it?
Last year, I once again asked you to predict where the AFL Clubs would finish at the end of the 2016 HomeNaway. All you had to do was place the teams in four bands: the top four, positions 5-8, the next four who had just missed out on finals, and finally the bottom six cellar dwellers.
You wouldn’t think it was that hard? It bloody-well was hard! Just asked Nelson who only managed to put five of the eighteen teams in their right bands.

Yeah, I like doing this every year when Merc asks us to. Merc has not been on the ball this year, I think he is getting old.
This is my final ladder predictions:
Top Four: Freo, Port, Hawks, GWS
Bottom Four: Geelong, Richmond, Collingwood, Gold Coast
Next Four: North Melbourne, Sydney, Bulldogs, Adelaide
Bottom Six: Saints, Melbourne, Brisbane, Carlton, Essendon, West Coast
Okay, so Nelson was our worst analyst. (Can I tell you, having seen him perform in the DuFFLe for many a year now, that doesn’t surprise me at all.) Who then, were our best predictors?
The prize for 2016 is shared amongst three Dockerlanders: Dockerplus, Point less and TheGeniusThatIs. They each placed ten teams in their rightful bands.
