I thought it interesting to see we are the third oldest list in the competition. We also have more players over 30 than any other side and only St Kilda have less teenagers than us (by 1).

Yeah but average age is one of the most rubberiest of stats there is, to almost be meaningless. I mean For the best part of the past two seasons North has been the oldest list, yet let three key-ish players go and they are second youngest. Also theres's around a years difference between 17 teams and then a year from the 17th to 18th sides. Statistically it's too weird to be credible.

We have a lot of players between 20 and 23 which is a good thing , These will be our core players moving forward , We need phase two of the rebuild to happen next year in the trade and draft period , Rome was not built in a day

It was never a rebuild. Rather a re-wire, re-stump, re-plumb. So what we tradies call a Reno. Often it increases the value of the project. Mind you if the new installations are of quality then I think you're on a winner.
