I find it difficult to reconcile Tim's deeply held concern about one-punch incidents with his decision to film a drunk 6'4 bloke with his trousers down in a kebab shop at 3am. Seems like a pretty good way to ensure some sort of altercation. I can't speak to Tim's intentions re the filming, but his subsequent actions of squeezing to the media, and presumably anyone who will listen, suggests it wasn't born from a place of concern.
We've all met someone like Tim; someone who acts like rubbish bloke, then plays the victim when faced with the consequences of being a rubbish bloke.
On the bright side, in a few weeks Johnno will never have to think of Tim again. Sadly for Tim, he will be Tim his whole life.
