The gist is that there was a bit of a fracas after one particular gentleman, I assume the one who took the video, puts his hands on a woman, who I assume was Michael Johnson's partner. It was all very predictable once he'd done that.

Hmmm looks like after Johnsons wife took the phone, teacher boy made the first move and Johnson actually retaliated, at which point teacher boy goes and hides behind some other bloke. All in all it was a pretty pathetic fight.

Obviously the teacher gave the abridged version of events in his first telling. It does look as though the two wits were all over Johnson's wife to try and get the phone and Michael stepped in. Certainly was a bit rich for the teacher to cry "one punch" when he had a swing himself.

The second guy obviously comes at Johnno first, you can see him try to have a swing while Johnno's wife is in between. Johnno then belts him one, which is probably why he hasn't complained as he has instigated that confrontation.

the first guy, the teacher, has lied to Johnno's wife about the video being a snapchat, and backed up his lie in this video. It's obviously not a snapchat as he still had it.

I don't condone violence or Johnno's actions, and he shouldn't have put himself in this position, but the two other guys in this incident have created the issue.

If they didn't video Johnno (and CCTV camera's in the kebab shop show that it was unneccessary as security camera's are there to capture this kind of behaviour) and then if they didn't lie to his wife and then if they didn't try and man handle her to get their phone back then the issue could have been avoided.

But Johnno should know better.

I can't say I agree with the notion that he shouldn't have put himself in that position.

He stopped off to get some food on the way home from a wedding and for some reason his pants fall down. Then he pulled them up. That's the situation he's put himself in.

From that point.

The decision by someone else to film Johnson was bad.
The decision for his partner to go over, ask the man not to film them and delete the file was good.
The decision not to delete the file and apologise was bad.
The decision to take the man's phone was bad.
The decision to grab her to retrieve the phone was terrible.

The situation he's now in isn't of his doing but you'd struggle to get out of it without an incident of some sort.

Yeah, Nah. Bad decision, full stop. Pre-season about to ramp up. You've had close on 10 months out of the game. You're a leader of a footy club that spiralled out of control and you're paid a handsome dollar to kick a footy around. You're in a privileged position. You're a family man, who have said that you want to gain the respect of your team mates whom you've let down in the past. There's only one decision that has to be made here. Be the person you said you wanted to be.

She stole his phone, that's what started this , phones are worth about $700 I'd be getting up and grabbing my phone back too.

Johnson made bad decisions and now he gets punished for it , making excuses for him and his wife is what wegirls fans do.
