OK, in addition to B.Hill, CamMac, this is one to get really excited about. Hamling is a Zac Dawson type defender, but with actual footy skills like short kicking, long kicking, handballing (short and long), makes good - and quick! - decisions and doesn't have that "deer in headlights" look that Zac sometimes has. From his finals performances where he shut down Josh Kennedy at Subi and Buddy on the MCG, he does well on the big stage under the big lights and pressure. He's a player who got an opportunity and grabbed it with both hands and both feet. Also, I know it is a small sample size, but hopefully he doesn't do the Zac-stuff, the brain fades that lead to suspensions. With any luck, he'll be a 200+ game player given his age.
