What's the point in playing him if he's not been fully fit? As much as anything it's not about proving what he is capable of, but rather that he can be fit for an extended period of time. Keeping him on the list as long as they have they must believe in his potential and know what he can do. One game or three or nought, it's about him (us) feeling the lumbar and getting through to the end of the year unscathed and hoping the list fits him one more go. That said, give him a run Ross.

I'm struggling to find a time in my 22 years of membership when I felt more devastated or despondent with the club.
Seriously if Fyfe goes it'll be close to the end for me, he's the one positive that is giving me hope for next year. I'm over waiting and I'm over all the bullsh*t from those in charge.

Apparently you have to "build" 'round these parts to get a game in the third worst team in the competition.

If being a player, on the playing list, not being managed for finals, a natural footballer, with skills better than many others in the team, desperate to get out there, in end of year matches that could give hope to supporters and the club, as fit as any time in the past three years and on the cusp of suffering complete humiliation from the fallout of a chump-led list management review is not enough, then I know why I'm not bothering to turn up to Subiaco this afternoon.

No! You don't just go and give a guy who has bled purple for years, has had numerous knee reconstructions and fought his way back another go. That would be a sign of weakness. Better to pick spuds who turn the ball over and don't give a stuff. No wonder Lyon is losing the players and the "loud minority".
