I was a big wrap on the Dockers getting Guerra and Hale. I thought it would add that flair and positivity and attack through the corridor that the Hawks are known for along with their strategies around the stoppages.
Well, what a flop.
I am now feeling that it doesnt matter which assistant coach we have it wont make an iota of difference. Roly doesnt listen to subordinates, anyway thats how it appears from the outside looking in.
When was the last time you saw a freo Ass coach even SPEAK in the box or elsewhere for that matter. All the vision of the coaches box shows Roly apparently just in an incessant diatribe with all this assistants just sitting dumb faced and silent.
We would probably just be better off with Roly and no one else. At least the results next year could be sheeted home to where they rightfully belong, good or bad.
