Put Brad Hill into the team Freo had last year, and tell me it will all go pear shaped. Even this years team would benefit greatly from his skills. Post after post on Dockerland bemoans the fact that we have too many players with endeavor but
not enough skill. We get the chance to pick up some genuine home grown skill and you say "Nah don't touch it it's too expensive." Sylvia, Anthony and co were too expensive. But we took them. Get Hill and use him.
I would love to see a young Des Headland in the side we will line up with next year, he would slot in just like was at the Brisbane Lions in their flag sides. Hill will be just as good but more value to Freo than what he is to the Hawks. He would not have played in 3 flags if he was as fragile as some here are suggesting, 1 would have been lucky for him. Name 1 player who has got 3 premiership medallions without being a class act.
