Good idea Morgan, but skip the fine. It is obvious that fines are not regarded as a penalty by most players. And bring in a in game tally so as soon as the player hits the 100 points or whatever it is, he is out of the game. Flip/flop would last a quarter and a half. Selwoods may get to half time.

Bond would have to employ a Floppability Manager to keep track of the count and present the tally just before finals time.

Imagine the spectacle that would create for a finals match if a team was well in credit.

Not that Freo are ever going to be in the finals ever again, so it wouldn't matter to me.
