TOPIC: Mid Year Review

Is there any likelihood of a communication to members regarding the outcome of the board meeting that took place last Tuesday night as I understand it? I believe a complete list management review was top of the agenda.

I read somewhere that the board approved the new list management model.

So I assume there was no need to waste time reviewing the old one.

au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/sport/afl/a/31...10-dockers-could-go/

The Dockers board adopted the new list-management strategy at a meeting held at the club’s 65 per cent completed training facility at Cockburn, which will be their home from next March.

I don't want to call the entire board knobbers but seriously? Holding a board meeting at a construction site when you're supposed to be taking a thorough look at how your club crashed from the top to the bottom of the ladder does not fill me with confidence that they share my concerns.

I assume they made sure there was electricity to run the Margarita fountain.

"It is understood the review will keep list manager Brad Lloyd and football operations manager Chris Bond in their positions, ..."

Same old carp then...

"You can't just roll along and all have a milkshake and pretend everything is hunky-dory when you're not giving us output"

Unless you're in the upper part of the club hierarchy of course.

My understanding of the new list management model is a long overdue move from Iced Vovos to Double Choc Tim Tams for the selectors meetings.

Looks like Bondy finally got one over Lloyd.

What they needed was a move to Granitas and Ginger nuts. That would help me get off the Digestives this season

Can't they be a bit more specific with the percent to which the ETAF is complete?

Very generous to some (e.g. Crozier) and very harsh on some others.

I think Crozier has become a real find across half back. Has pace, breaks lines and uses the ball well.

The only one I think is rather harsh is Spurr plus I'd be quite okay seeing Suban dropped to mediocre.
