For a bloke with 7 or 8 years in the system he doesn't give enough for mine. Probably one or two quarters every few games and that's not good enough.
Being shown up for effort by guys with less than 10 games.
That's my negativity fix for this week.
Jeez that Barlow bloke and that Mayne bloke go alright. You can see why their teammates like playing with them.

Great to watch, some really good signs from all players.
Still,don't think you can say any player is untradeable if you want to lure players to the club. You have to give something to get something.
Loved to see the game by Mayne especially the set shot early that gave us momentum as opposed to sapping momentum.
Also really liked Smith, Blakeley and Weller early their ball use, endeavour and decision making really gave us great start. Barlow through the middle who would have thought that move would work.

We should get a review of the reviewer who called that decision a goal when it was clearly touched by the dockers hand.

That caused an 11 point turnaround in ports favore , not happy about that But very happy with the way Freo played today

The old blokes stood up. Barlow, Ballas, Pav, Pearce, Mayne, Mundy, Spurr and Suban were all great. Of the young guys, Blakely stood out. Got into space often. He was probably helped by Neale copping more attention. And Crozier is keeping on.
