Interesting article on the AFL website today.

GWS' Phil Davis is on all time record pace to become the most 'victimised' player in AFL history. Opposition players have been cited 4 times this season for striking the GWS co-coin tosser. The current record is jointly held by Wanganeen, Rhys-Jones and Wheeler at five.
Scouring the other tables shows that Stevie J (15), J. Selwood (14) and Sam Mitchell (13) are the on course leaders for most times on the receiving end. Although Ballas has a clear lead in 'strikee-rate' (a very impressive 11 in only 132 games).
The all time 'strikee' leader remains David Rhys-Jones with 18. DR-J also holds the record for most Tribunal appearances as the defendant (25).
When the Slime and the Bears joined the VFL, DR-J was given his own parking bay outside the Tribunal. Prior to this the league was surviving on the parking fines clocked up by DR-J parking his ute in the ACROD bay outside VFL headquarters on Tuesday nights.
One name which leaps off the page is Chris Bond. A victim 12 times in 163 games. At that rate he was more punchable than everybody else on the list bar Ballas and DR-J...and I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.
