Seriously sick of posting about the APE and his lack of output since arriving to Freo.
I dont want to say told you so but this selection was a desperate move, fraught with danger and the end result could be a disaster for our apparent saviour.
He has battled this year and was in no state to play AFL even against a rabble in Ess.
His selection went against everything Ross has spruiked since he arrived. We dont gift games (rd23 excluded). He got gifted a game on the weekend and we have now paid the price.
FD7 - He was not match fit at all. I have witnessed him jogging a kick behind the play in the WAFL looking very average. He has been getting beat up by amateurs, is slow and has no aggression to the contest at all.
He has played 4 WAFL games (1 Reserves) for a total of 33 disposals and 4 goals.
I reckon more than half of those possessions have been meaningless..
I watched him closely on the weekend and he was blowing like you wouldnt believe.
I reckon he had had enough after the warm up.
I keep hearing about these glimpes of brilliance - Who has seen them against men?
I certainly havent.....He shouldnt have been picked until he dominated a WAFL game, like everyone else before him.
