The Freo supporters, usually the Melbourne based cheer squad, base themselves behind the goals in the general admission area but being dies hards, they are not undercover. It will be bloody freezing in mid June, so I will be undercover somewhere at the G in an area that is a bit more protected from the elements. I can't foresee any problems obtaining tickets for this match.

If you are a member you can buys tickets through the club and sit with other Freo folk, or you can just rock up and see if you can make your way towards them. I think we asked last time at the ticket box to get seats near our guys.

Hi Sunny. Apparently this year tickets have to be bought for interstate games with a code word provided by the club for purchasing online and on the phone. Had trouble online so I rang Ticketek and used the code word (sorry, I can't find the email with the word but the Club should know). Got tickets in Bay M50, ground level on the wing which are definitely with Dockers supporters. Always helpful to be in good company when in enemy territory!!.

Rock up, get a couple of GA tickets and then pick a section - say 'G'day' and smile. If their teeth are missing (and if they smile back) best to try another section. Take one of those old hard rubber cudgels with you (they don't set off the metal detectors) - clear the row in front of you so that no one blocks your view. Enjoy the game - yell out 'Yankee Go Home' at that big cowboy they've got in the forward line, rattle him.

I bought tickets via the club web site and was put into block M50, which I think is on the wing, but we're sitting up the back in row Z.
