Usually a 23 yr old midfielder who has played a good number of games and been in the system long enough has shown what they can do by now.
Personally I think what you see is what you get from Sheridan and Sutcliffe. Nothing much will change, although I also think Sheridan is an on baller, not a half back. Crozier hasn't played as much as them and is showing improvement in a difficult year.
For some reason, talls seem to take longer to develop. I remember Hamish Shepeard looking rather skinny and doing very little when our list a few years back. Watching him yesterday and he's now bloody huge and dominated at WAFL level.

Why not Rookie Hamish again. A goal kicking forward who can ruck and is currently dominant in the WAFL. Can't wait to see him turn up at some other team and then have to listen to the whinging of why we let him slip through our fingers.
A 26 year old goal kicking ruck who is a beast of a man, I can think of a team that needs one of them.

Sutcliffe I don't see as being young. He and Sheridan will likely always be no good. Sutcliffe is diabolically bad.

Sutcliffe is killing us, cant kick to save his life.
Ibbo's kicking is just as bad at the moment but he stays, he will come good.
Have to admit, a little surprised about some positive comments about Duffield.
Yes he was a very good kick which we are lacking atm. Agree. But, he had too many flaws. Whenever he was isolated one on one, beaten 90% of the time. Oppisition players comfortably moved him aside with ease. Listed at 188cm, played like 168cm. Last year when we started to lose our way, he deservedly was out and never returned.
