For all the moaning about our inability to draft KPP's, can we at least admit that Bondy (or whoever) got this boy right? Kept Walker scoreless and matched him pretty much in every way, which is pretty remarkable considering Adelaide's final scoreline...calling it early, but we are looking at a future AA, so here's hoping that Roly will just leave him in the back line and continue to let him develop there...

Agree Q. He must stay in the backline. Stop trying to make him into a makeshift forward.

He has developed very well very quickly. Also thought Weller was pretty good today and is developing nicely.

Then you get guys like Sheridan who seem to have completely stalled and you wonder how he gets a game. But then again we did recruit him as a midfielder and we've now made him into a permanent half back.

Agree. Also keep Mundy on the backline for the remainder of his career. I like the HB line of Hill, Pearce and Mundy. Would love to see Ross give Collins a go at FB just to see what he can do.

For what it's worth I think Sheridan's kept his place because of his speed and our general lack of leg speed. I think we looked faster overall today than we have for a while, there was some great chasing and tackling. Alex Pearce did a great job on walker. Was it aknowledged by any of the commentators? I have the mute button when I watch. I like watching the kids. It's time!

Yeah watched Sicily play today and manned up under real pressure he looked rather ordinary. Scored zip and ran around like a headless chook. In fact most of the Hawks "elite "youngsters were nowhere in today's game. I just hope we are smart enough to take the fastest team we can put on the park when we play them in a couple of weeks.

Your forwards don't have to be that good when the team dominates.

Look at Josh Kennedy from West Coast, he'll kick a bag today and go to Geelong next week where they will get thumped and he won't touch it.

Yeah Morgan you also like to compare Sicliy to Apeness. Played two games for Freo when we were a strong side before being dropped and then struggled at Peel before his injury.
