Yeah, he's right. In the last 2 weeks, we've been creamed at the centre bounces in the 4th quarter. Having identified the problem, he needs to fix it. I'm pretty sure that fixing it involves scoring well in the first quarter, so you can manage the middle of the game without busting a gut, and then you've actually got something in the tank in the last.

The issue is not the personnel in the centre, Fyfe, Neale, Mundy (when he is back) Hill (I liked him in there on the weekend) are all walk up starters in any side, as Ross stated last night he delegated the responsibility of how the centre set ups would occur to "other" coaches. He has since decided that those set ups were crap and you saw the immediate increase in our centre clearances once he changed back to a more familiar set up in the game against the Roos. Unfortunately the horse had bolted at that stage.
He was quick to say he did not blame those who implemented the change in centre set ups as Freo are trying to evolve their game plan to be more attacking. He accepted responsibility because at the end of the day he allowed the changes which clearly are not working.
He also stated that Freo were in the top four last year for clearances and scoring from stoppages and that they had changed some things that probably did not need changing. Our midfield is very good but were being coached to be too attacking and not defensive at all. Changes made, commence the winning.
