Its pretty obvious what is happening, we are trying to play a fast open style game to kick more goals. This means we need to have great kicking skills, great decision making, plenty of foot speed and players that can win one on one footy contest in forward line and the backline. And really we have none of these attributes as a team except the obvious guys like Fyfe. That's why we are last. I am assuming that RTB and the rest of the coaches knew this would happen as they should know there players much better than anyone else - giving that they seem to be taken a conservative approach to injuries with Bennell, Mundy etc and that RTB signed an extended contact before this season started it seems this will be a list top up coming with a low ladder position, get some early draft picks next year and essentially trade in some talent which we have failed in past at. I guess you have to risk it all to win it all. Probable no point at finishing top 4 only to bundled out again. Trying to remain optimistic.
