What on earth are they not seeing with Collins? Eventually they will be forced to pick him and he will instantly be better than Dawson, making the selections the last couple of weeks a joke. I mean our defence is just looking so great at the moment and it's not like we need any talls.

North have those huge talls to wield around. Sure they can be inconsistent, but what would we do if they start causing problems? Maybe Brown's out of form? I reckon Hannath is pretty close to a lock, so they then have flexibility to send Pearce back.

My bench: Weller (Ross must keep playing this guy), Taberner, Tucker and Barlow.
A.Pearce can move back, Tabs forward. North have got only one genuine ruckman (WCE had two) so I'm happy to risk one only namely Griff.
Despite the experts I think this is a winnable game at Eddy's Dad. NM were lucky to beat Melbourne in Hobart their second home.
Also I suspect NM will go in thinking this game is a cakewalk. They believe all the publicity as to how good they are.
The boys will lift.

It's a pity we won't see Collins (before Tucker) this weekend. His form has been consistently good - admittedly at WAFL level - but better than Tucker's current showing. I'm looking forward to his debut next week!

I'm a Collinsphile for sure, but in truth he would have to displace Zac D - enough said. Some consider that Dawson was good against Kennedy and hence held his place. I think Collins will be in the seniors soon then we'll see if our optimism is justified.
