He's a snake oil salesman. If his customers start saying that he is providing a product that isn't pure snake oil then his business would be ruined. This way, only his league football business is ruined.

The assumption you're getting wrong, Hypen, is that people won't hire him if they think he's involved in untoward activity.

Perhaps he's not such a buff head. Maybe he actually does have documentation proving whatever illegal funny stuff was taken by various players at a number of sporting clubs? Maybe he's operating some sort of blackmail scam, out in the open, via a lazy media, always hungry and greedy for a new story. And, maybe, if he doesn't keep getting the brown paper bags stuffed with used notes, he'll finally go public? Or maybe he's just a deluded loony.

Essendon have no chance on appeal. They are appealing on grounds that have previously been decided, so its just a pro-forma appeal to allow an appeal to go ahead in the Federal Court. A process with very small chances of success.

All of those people who know Dank have commented that he is well known for keeping meticulous records. However, in this case, if there are records he stands to gain a lot more money from interested parties if they never see the light of day and after a recent court decision he's going to need an awful lot of money.

If there are records, of course.....

You'd think so, Roger but Dank has signed a stat dec saying he left all the records at Essendon.

Essendon claim there were no records. Others claim they saw them.

And Dank was doing a study on using AOD9604, oddly enough in conjuction with TB4. He was supposed to be doing the study as part of a long term investment scheme with the manufacturers of AOD9604. Although there are suggestions the patent holder wasn't the manufacturer.

With all the conflicting stories, you can only say none of them can be trusted, especially AFL House
