Silvagni has played for Peel, but not on the weekend. There was a report in one of the games that he was involved in a heavy collision, and I think he may have missed because of concussion.

Maynefan, it depends on your definition of hit his straps.

Kennedy took 8 marks and kicked 2 goals in career game #2 (age: 18 yrs. 262 days).
He took 11 marks and kicked a goal in his Slime debut, game #23 (age 20.245). Slime lost by 10 goals.

Tabs is 22yrs.299 days old today. At the same age their careers look like this:

Kennedy was a #4 National draft pick, Tabs was a #11 Rookie draft pick, obviously expectations would have been a lot higher of Kennedy than Tabs.

Unless we know - for certain - that we are getting both McCarthy & Hogan next year, Taberner has to play a lot of games this year. One of the key differences in the comparison with Kennedy was games played and without both Hogan and McCarthy I can't see an immediate future where we don't need Taberner to perform some role in the forward line. He needs game time.

The other point to make about the comparison - entirely hypothetical - is to wonder how many goals Kennedy would have kicked in his first 25 games in the Lyon structure ...

FreDoh I'd be putting those stats away mate. I can see Bondy looking at those and thinking Tabs needs to play another 29 more games to match Kennedy. But to fully match Kennedy we need to lose ALL of those games and we suddenly have a star full forward.

Why not bring Mora in to take Maynes place- provided he has pulled up ok
At least he wouldn't miss those shots from 20 metres that Mayne is missing regularly (I think his problem is those deep breaths he takes)
Also I would like to see Crozier in for an extended period now he has his Mojo back.. No point in playing Muz at this stage. We know what he can do and now he just doesn't do it as well as he used to
