Putting the merits of Ross Lyon's game plan aside, the team look poorly coached at the moment. There is a lack of cohesion, structure or organisation about anything. On top of that, the skills are poor and they don't look particularly fit.

In all fairness, Steven Hill was put into the middle in the third and The Spack lifted to take an uncontested mark in the fourth - pretty impressive, albeit a bit late in the game.

If you think Ross is not trying catch up you are blind.
Clearly there is a new game plan in place. Defense is out the window just like so many complaining now have requested to happen. I liked the defensive game plan, it nearly won us a grandy, but clearly it is gone and Ross did not waver today in getting the team to try and execute more attacking footy. I think he is focused on improving the attacking play first and foremost and we are seeing who will not be able to execute it.
It was only poor execution today that was the difference with many 12 point plays hurting us due to fumbles and sloppiness.

Does everyone think a complete change of game style will happen in an off season?

Big improvement today for mine and if they improve as much again next week they will win.

Yeti I agree. For far too long 'favourite' players have remained in the side regardless of performance, yet marginal players play one bad game and they are gone. There is no consistency in our selection process.
