General manager of football operations is what it says for Bonds title on the website.

I'm not sure if he is this year, but I know he has been part of the selection panel over the past couple of years. It may not be unusual - but I though it was when I first heard him say it.

He's mentioned that he's one of the people involved in selecting the team at least one time in one of those team announcements video things that come out before the game.

So will I, but if they are good enough to get us to a minor premiership they are good enough to go all the way.
Some injuries, bad luck, bad decisions (umpiring) was all that stood between us and the big one.
I don't know about you but if we are in another grand final and we were up against the Hawks, I would rather have a team of experienced guys playing than a bunch of kids.

Fredoh, I think players like Neale, Sheriden and Sutcliffe can be classed as kids. Then throw in Tabener and Weller, that's 5 in a team. I think that's an average of 30+ games from all 5 of them.

Sutcliffe has played over 60 games, Sheridan 30, I don't think they have any surprise in store in regards to what's their potential. Weller and Blakely however seem to offer a lot more excitement and the potential to be more than bottom sixers.
