Firstly, you have a squad of 15 players. You get your initial squad from choosing them on Draft Night. When the season commences, each and every round you submit a side consisting of two backmen, three midfielders, two forwards, one ruck and four interchange players. (The interchange players only come into your team if one of the selected doesn't play due to injury, team balance, ...) Your team of players is pitted against another DuFFLer's team each Round. Points are allocated according to how your selected players performed in their respective positions. Obviously, scoring more points than the opposition gives you the win.
