As I stated, I don't condone DM actions.
Dustin is an AFL high profile footballer and he should not have placed himself into a situation where the outcome of his actions will have severe repercussions.
Regardless of whether its a man or woman, it's not OK to physically harm anyone.
Dustin did not harm the woman. If he did then by all means throw the book at him.
If you want to lock him up for being a loud , obnoxious, drunken knobber.
Then I suggest you lock up 50% of the people who visit Northbridge pubs and clubs every weekend.
Any educated person, whether they are 6 or 60 years old.
Knows that you don't confront and provoke a drunken yobbo.
Especially one that looks like a bikie, covered in tats and heavily under the influence of alcohol.
Did she really think that confronting and provoking him would cause him to obey her commands?
Did she know he was an high profile AFL player? Absolutely.
Most reasonable people would have complained to the restaurant management to take some action to DM behaviour.
However her actions was to confront and get into a verbal argument with a drunk.
I'm surprised she didn't have the camera crew recording the incident.
