Freo pick up Jesse Glass Mckasker in the rookie draft as well as this Morabito kid who apparently can play a bit. I rekon Mora is in better nick than we think and is another very good tall option for the FFC.

Sorry but i dont agree about Yarran not being a KPP, he is 185 which is still 6.2 in the old scale, and he marks, leads and plays much taller, most taller defenders couldn't cope with him in the WAFL this year, and he is tough but fair. You do learn a bit inside on looking after yourself. Being a Subi supporter Ive watched a bit of Shane and stoked we have him!!!

He tested at the 2015 draft combine, but yeah, he only played just over a half of football for those goals in the GF.

At 26yo, there's no time to waste for himself or the coaching staff to find out if he can play AFL. He can't just be there as a back up at Peel.

I was thinking Mayne should play full forward next year, but Yarran could - or we could play both of them there. The main avenue to goalscoring should be blokes who are faster than their opponents and are capable of making multiple leads and can trouble their opponents when the ball hits the ground.

The big marking threat is a cameo role which Pav, Fyfe and the ruckman forward can play when required.
