I wonder how long that secret fitness testing in October lasted as a secret. Now I know about it, I won't mention it to another soul.

There were a couple of other players mentioned in an article in the online version of The West Australian last week. One was a 24yo full forward from Westies in the SANFL, and the other was a Tasmanian with a hyphenated surname that Leigh Brown rated as a Dustin Fletcher type. (I know I'm probably already saying too much)

This is my tip for Dockers 2015 Draft (not taking into account the moving of F/Sand Academy picks)

22 - Tom Cole - 186cm 80kg Def
Dockers will go for best available with blue chip pick

35 - Callum Moore - 193cm 86kg Forward
KPP player Dockers need, has explosive speed, good hands, and solid kick
Injured at start of season and will slip to our 2nd possibly third pick

61 - Bailey Williams - 187cm 77kg Midfielder
Goal kicking midfielder who gathered a 56 disposal game playing for Glenelg

74 - Mitch Brown - 196cm 93kg Forward/Midfielder
I think Dockers will definitely pick up Mitch Brown if still available, AFL website has him tipped between 25-60, but might slip further due to shoulder problems in the past.

Rookie Draft
P1 - Wylie Buzza - 198cm 99kg Forward
Watching this guys footage, he plays like Steven May of Gold Coast Suns, hard as nails full forward who doesn't mind throwing his weight around (Personal Favourite)

P2 - Nathen Broad - 191cm 83kg Defender
Mature Age player that would be able to hold his own with the AFL big bodies. Also has explosive speed out of the backline.

P3 - Anthony Morabito
Fingers crossed he is able to salvage a career

P4 - Josh DeLuca
Delisted end of this year and promised a rookie spot if still available

You can't have too much talent in your team and it will mean we can trade out a good midfielder or two to get Hogan or McCarthy when the time comes.

I agree with bdd, on the principle used before the Dockers will choose what Bond and Co perceive to be the best player available when our first pick comes up, regardless of position. This appears to be at this stage Cole closely followed by Rioli. But then drafting is not a science and often gut feel overrides mathematical estimation and the laws of physics. So who's to know what might be available at pick '22' or whatever.

So reading all the projected top 30 drafts and everyone has us going mid because we literally just miss out on all the bona fide talls.

Love drafting in Bennell but if switching out our first rounder costs us Kierin Collins I'll be livid.
