I've got a nasty feeling that we are going to lose one of our up and coming youngsters to get the McCarthy and Bennell deals through.

Particularly if we have to part with our first round pick for Bennell - even though we are the only club apparently interested in him.

I'd be happy enough if we parted ways with Crozier or Sheridan as part of these deals but anyone else I'd be concerned it's one step forward, two backwards. Of course, some of the older brigade might come into play. Blokes like Barlow, Be Boer & Mzungu I could live with. Zac Clarke for that matter too as I reckon Griffin has gone past him and Hannath not far behind.

Interesting that in this trade period with ruck men always being sort by other clubs Clarke hasn't been mentioned by anyone.
i've seen Smith, Leunberger, Sinclair, Lobbe, Derricx(any others)names bandied about but not him. Perhaps nobody else rates him that highly either and don't see him as worth pursuing.
