This to me is clearly Freo's biggest problem.
There's been a great deal of talk most of the season about Freo's problems in the forward line, yet there seems to be little acknowledgement that West Coast have the same players they had in 2014 but have been far more dominant with their scoring in 2015. That is, just blaming the quality of players in the Forward line maybe missing the actual problem. Given Freo's dominance in stoppages, hit outs, clearances and contested possession, yet still poor in inside 50s to me is a startling sign that ball movement forward is the major issue. The current reliance on D.Pearce, S.Hill, Fyfe and Mundy for i50s is too high. There needs to be a greater contribution from other areas within the team.
