-According to Bruce, in the last game between these teams Fyfe and Mitchell "ran into each other"!!
-It's a fine line. Essentially the difference at half time: two clangers by the umps = two goals for the Hawks, two set shots in front = two points for Freo.
-if Tabs is meant to be Pav's replacement we may be in a spot of bother.
-Out coached: letting Mitchell run free was a big mistake.
-Hawthorn: I haven't seen so much hand waving and umpire whinging since Soft Cox played for the Eagles.
-It appears that you can play on with a kick after the siren.
- I don't know who I want to lose the most next week. C'mon the Roos?

i. If Pav and others retire, some of the best footballers in the country are bowing out without a much deserved Premiership, and that breaks my heart.
ii. Sam Mitchell wins Ch 7's Man of the Match award and I want to smash my tv.
iii. I hate it when the commentators present a package of the Hawks "unsociable football" and it consists mainly of late, high, behind the ball hits on opposition players, and the commentators ooh and aah at the wonder of it all.
iv. Someone said the "banter" between Pav and Roughead on a footy show last weekend was light-hearted, but I have never seen Pav as wound up and agro as he was coming off at halftime, and a lot of that was directed at Roughy.
v. Hawks suck.
vi. Eagles suck.
vii. The umpires suck.
viii. If North Melbourne don't win tomorrow night, I don't think I'll even bother watching the Grand Final. Couldn't stand to see either team celebrating at the end.

(edit) ix. Oh, I forgot. Fyfe is a bloody legend. On one leg and still giving it his all. Love him.

The players should watch the tv replay after the game. Im here in cairns absolutely devastated, hurting, gutted.

Time for a few kids to step up. Dawson is taking up valuable development time of pearce. Im sick of hearing taberner spills it... clunk it already tabs. Mzungu had a mare.

Late goals and misses. Momentum is everything

The positive however is if we are proactive at trade period and can land bennell and McCarthy we can certainly bounce back and challenge again.

- We were happy to let them pass it around at will in their half, waiting for the mistake, but we made more.

- Crowley on Mitchell would have been worth the risk.

- Four cheap goals were the difference.

- I can't handle the idea that Pav (probably) won't take the field next year.

1. We wont be taken seriously whilst we continue to get the raw end of the deal on free kicks in WA....Robbo even wrote in the Herald Sun that is was a uncommon theme that we got screwed over by the umps for a change....
2. None of our players including indigenous boys seem to like Brad Hill even after the game
3. Dress it up as you like but players that make mistakes in big games can never be trusted - If we have to swap all of Sheridan, Tabs, Suban, Griff, Z Clarke and dare I say a 27yo Barlow for Mcarthy- so be it
4. Stevic, Rosebury and Dalgleish and a few others have it in for us and we need to address this as a club from the top - Cmon Steves!!

It's handy if you can get key forwards to kick goals from 20m out straight in front.
Deboer played his best game.
18/19 frees flatters the integrity if the umpires and there decision making.
You know when Embers and Barich say the umpiring was shite, we got screwed.
Can't wait for when we get a forward line with a few blokes who can hold an overhead mark.
Fyfe is a warrior, we are lucky to have him.
In 2016, reward form not hope.
