So we are now proposing that recruiting a bloke the same size as Son Son is going to solve our lack of talls who can kick a winning score. And the bloke we should pick up is Leroy Jetta? Leroy has had a great year with Peel but he had 7 years with Essendon and nearly 100 games to prove himself at AFL level. I would be more inclined to go after Gerald Ugle he's younger and has more upside.
Jay Shulz is a much better option for Freo than Leroy if we are fair dinkum about scoring more goals by recruiting new plyers in. The reason is simple, in his last six years with Port Shculz has never kicked under 30 goals in a season , has kicked 40 plus twice and 60 plus once. In seven years with Essendon over the same period Leroy never kicked 30 goals in a season.
