Of course Journo's are the most ethical people on the planet, they have never been condescending, rude or just plain wrong about Freo have they? Have we all forgotten the "what does Freo stand for" campaign of hate? You reap what you sow and after being told in the press by all and sundry that you don't have what it takes to win a flag or cant win a flag or your team cant beat such and such, maybe Ross is just a little fed up with their BS. I believe a past US president named Teddy Roosevelt summed it up best with these two quotes:
1) It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out where the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and short coming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place will never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory nor defeat.
