Henderson is a pretty handy footballer who was being developed by Ratten as a key forward. He had to play down back for the Blues due to injuries to their KPP's in the back half. When those guys returned he went forward again and struggled to regain form. Then enter Malthouse who sent him to the backs again and in the process of Micks rants, mind games and weird pseudo Asian world philosophy sessions completely scrambled the poor boys head. If you look at the number of good players who have already left Carlton and are now playing better football and also look at those leaving, Henderson, Yarran and god knows who else, it suggests something about the culture at the club. Henderson would be a good get and will thrive in the right environment, just wish it was us turning him around like we did with Tarrant.
