I think Adam Simpson is the only West Coast coach I actually have liked since John Todd.
Am I wrong he seems very genuine and likeable. He could of said today we think Nicnat might be back this week and McGovern was a test but he played a straight bat (the Aussie first XI could learn something from that) and said not playing.

Roly gave away absolutely nothing. Wouldn't deny or confirm Pav or Mundy, wouldn't even give the injured area up. He only said Fyfe would most likely not come back through Peel given he was probably in our best 22. Then was real specific and said he would play him midfield, wing or forward but basically Fyfe had a mind of his own. Hilarious.

I heard this 'likeable' coach last weekend on the radio talking about how the eagirls relished playing against the best teams in the comp. His two named examples were Sydney and hawthorn. He seemed to suffer a bit of amnesia and forget about the team which were, at that point, 1.5 games clear of them.

So I say a big NAH to this idea of him being such a nice, likeable opposition coach

I dont think it is possible to like anybody associated with the slime.
If a player from my WAFL club is drafted - I will always follow their career.
If they are drafted to the evil empire - they are dead to me. I know its not their fault but looking at anyone associated with the blue and yella makes me want to punch something

OK confession time
I don't mind Simpson either and infact Kennedy and some of the others.
It's the slime fans I hate for harping on about their 3 premierships etc over and over again.
The worst ones seem to be the ones who don't have a membership and think supporting from their loungeroom is good for the game. Put you money where your mouth is and buy a membership or shutup :-)

Didn't know that Mundy's nick name is Barra (or have I been under a rock) until I heard Pridis use it when referring to him on the TV.
