Its pretty funny. Everyone has been ignoring us and seeing WC and Hawks as the big premiership threats - and they've worked them out. Just like they did to us earlier in the season (if you can call scragging Fyfe all day "working us out").

But it just shows that there is absolutely no room for complacency. And tomorrow, with Fyfe out, is definitely a chance for our guys to give it a red hot go.

I agree that it is the perfect result. Best for us to have Eagles finishing second because Hawks are the major threat. Hawks have a better percentage than Eagles and will finish with a better one so a draw takes the percentage out of it. It's as good as a win if you're comparing Eagles with Hawks but as bad for Eagles as a loss if you're comparing them with us because their percentage is so much better than ours.

Hilarious. I've said here before...for those worried about if Eagles finishing second or third...don't ! They won't even finish Top 4....Hawks, Derby, Crows in Adelaide, Bulldogs (who are a bogey side for them)...they will not even finish Top Four (...come on in Richmod). Absolute pretenders, I am sorry but if you can't beat injury ravaged Gold Coast...you will be called pretenders, except of course not by Channel Slime and The Worst. Weekend Gold....Comedy Gold.
