I may be barking mad but I have been thinking about some of the great tall forwards over the years and it would seem that South Australia has produced more than their fair share. Modra, Pav, Kernaghan just to name a few off the top of the scone. With this in mind, is it time for Freo to unearth the next monster from SA? Butcher seemed to be all the go at Port a few years back until they snared Schultz. Surely he would jump at the opportunity to play in the ones and he would be a low cost option, would he be worth a look or is he just not AFL material?
My Bad assumed Butcher was from SA actually from Gippsland but played all of his senior footy with Port.
