Someone re-wrote the "How to officiate" rule book during the week.
If bombing it into the forward line is our Plan A. we better start looking at developing a Plan B.

We showed signs of returning to our best, we know how to win when it is tight. Our effort is always there. We must eliminate our turnovers, have the opportunity to do that over the next couple of weeks, somehow get back to our best and challenge the Hawks. IMO just about the most valuable 4 points we have ever collected.

What does Fremantle stand for? Making the most of what you've got. We're full of average AFL players, except they try their guts outs. Apologies to Elvis, Johnson, Hill, Mundy, Fyfe, Barlow, Pav, Walters, Neale, Balla who thankfully are far from average and also give their all. If 211 could consistently mark overhead he'd be in the second group and APearce is heading toward the second group.

Richmond's inaccuracy in kicking for goals gave us our chance - the margin never got to insurmountable. That is their problem.
Given the chance, we took it and never stopped trying. That is our asset.
I felt that in the last quarter we were never out of it. Self-belief and hard work.
With the ball in their hands in tight situations, I would always pick Mundy or Pav. Steady heads in a crisis.
Crozier's Q4 goal was a ripper. It set us up for the finale.
Margins of 4 points or 138 points still get you 4 points!
C'mon Sydney!! It would be great to be two games clear on top of the ladder at the end of the round.
