This weekend I would like to see our two dreadnaughts in Sandi and Griff play with some real animal bastardry. I think if they throw their weight around Mumford style, they can instill a massive fear factor into the Richmond side.
My favourite memory of Sandi is a game a few seasons ago where the previous week he had been accused of being a big soft simpleton. MONSTER POKED! He came out absolutely breathing fire and reminded me of those old Godzilla films where the small Japanese dudes ran in front of him screaming his name as he stepped on them.
If Sandi and Griff could morph into Godzilla and Mothra this weekend, I for one would love watching the carnage forced upon the wreck that La Tigre's would become.

On current form, I reckon if we played in Hell there would be a blizzard. Which is a bastard because none of the seats in Hell Stadium are undercover - but they're all behind a support beam.

They chopped us last time with low number of 36 inside 50s, pretty exquisite ball movement, clean marks inside 50 and even better goal kicking. Everything Dustin Martin touched turned to gold.

We lost MJ to injury in Q1.

All our blokes stats where down.

I'd love to see Lachie Weller get a go (probably sub). His brother (a tough nut) who plays for The Saints caused Richmond all sorts of problems last round. Nearly stole the game as you know. Maybe Weller the younger can finish the job?

No rain forecast for Saturday afternoon in Melbourne according to my weather app. After the flogging they gave us at home recently, if that's not enough motivation to beat them this Saturday and given we will be almost at full strength, if we cant beat them at the MCG I'll rethink whether my early season optimism was misguided. Bartlett is just indulging his Melbourne radio audience.
