I always remember the bollocking Mundy copped when he first started. Too slow, too lethargic, drop him, trade him - all the usual stuff. Sometimes you just have to back the player in and let them grow into the game. Players develop at different rates.

There was a play in the last quarter when Sheridan ran from defence. He was still covering the ground beautifully, and I reckon we really need a bit of that run in the back half. I love Mzungu, but he just doesn't look to be covering the ground as well this year.
