JLo is a salaried employee - gets paid the same for wins or losses? I think a good argument could be made to bring in a well seasoned coach with good track record, but in a sort of oversight, general manager role, to advise, guide and, most importantly, correct JLo when he’s going off-track. Wouldn’t need to be for more than a couple of years, but the manner of a few of our losses - this season and last - suggests JLo would greatly benefit from a wiser, older head to advise him when stuff is going pear-shaped on game day and there is no obvious Plan ‘B’.
