This topic is laughable and ridiculous. Imagine seeing Chad Warner play and thinking he's anything but a star?!
The kid has been dominant all season and is the first at Sydney to step up and carry the side when things get tough. He's done so many times this season and again in seasons past, using one game (where he was one of his sides best anyway) to say he's a front runner is just a silly argument to make.
In 2022 when the Swans were belted by 80pts in the Grand FInal, it was Warner as a lone hand who fought to keep the game alive with 30 touches and 2 goals. The kid is a gun.
Regardless of what any eventual deal for Warner would be, 2 early draft picks and a million dollars a year are a no brainer to bring him over. What he brings to a side is something we don't have and could absolutely use! We'd be premiership favourites.
