I'm kind of in the intent not outcome camp, but it's difficult to gauge intent without being a mind reader. I thought it was a fair situation to shepherd an opponent, he stayed on the ground, braced and hit shoulder to shoulder - it was then the whiplash that resulted in head contact. I'd say the severity of the outcome was entirely accidental. Maynard I think was also a footy act, but he flew in recklessly and could have still altered his body shape to do a lot less damage at impact - while, again, the severity of the outcome wouldn't have been Maynard's intention, it looked like hurting his opponent definitely was, so I think they're a bit different.
Anyway, surely there's no gooder bloke in the whole AFL than Lukey Parker? Gotta get away with it on those grounds?
