I haven’t read the article but I hope he has some broader biomechanics background. I get that sometimes you need to look outside the box and that there are some parallels but transferring golf swings into footy kicks is still a bit of a leap. Surely there must be someone out there who specialises in this stuff from a purely football perspective. If not, there are a few clubs that would be interested if anyone came along with the skills to exploit the gap.
