TOPIC: Eagle Fever

Seems the eagles may be implicated in the Fever salary cap breach, some of the breaches were fever players receiving payment for working with the Eagles.

The board really should have a word with Trevor Nisbett about how he never knows anything about anything.

That makes Nissy perfect to head up a covid catastrophe investigation/judicial review should a Victorian stuff-up ever occur here - Mark should keep that in mind.

In my view - and I know diddley about netball - they should just deregister the Slime and give the license to Tassie.

He's our equivalent of Boris Johnson. Never knows anything about anything.

But now that he's found out about it, he's the only one who can fix it.

There is nothing like open and transparent governance if you want to reassure your supporters that you have things under control ..... and this is nothing like open and transparent governance.
Confidentiality agreements with people who have fiddled the system sounds like “we’ll keep quiet if you keep quiet “

“The Fever have refused to name who was responsible for the breaches, with the club merely saying they are tied by confidentiality agreements.”

What they've done there is reframe the story to make it so there is someone responsible for it all, rather than it being the systemic cheating that it looks like.

All they need to do now is hand over a name and it all goes away.

I am surprised that anyone is surprised that the eagles are involved in dubious practises.

Confidentiality agreements?

They're just copying what Freo did to hide Roly's indiscretions. Those cheap p****s own half the lawyers in town and still all they can do is copy us.

Pathetic effort all round

In fairness though, the e-girls lawyers tend toward the criminal end of the business.

Lean towards, DM, I would say they show a strong inclination towards the criminal end of the business.

I had to laugh when a guy who was West Coast admin..then Fever Admin..and then sudden depart.
Then in media he wanted a spot on the WAFC ...but the Fever salary cap put that to bed.
But he looks good in profile with that's hows it done..if your not caught.
Darren Glass will depart West Coast only one year as list manager...why ? They got Tim Kelly and it didn't get results and now their focus is getting Patrick Cripps and the youth and current players are going to suffer...2021 & 2022

I heard Darren Glass is shattered!
Isn’t that twice they’ve brushed him off?

Bad pun, if intended Icon, but I have a soft spot for Darren. Is he not the young lad who was befuddled by the fickle bounce that won us the Demo Derby?
