"Former North Melbourne coach Rhyce Shaw will return to AFL coaching ranks in 2021, joining Gold Coast as head of development."
He's Back
Look it's great to see him back and let's hope all is going well and continues to do so. I wish him all the best and sounds like he is in a supportive environment.
But:
"Shaw’s appointment at the Suns comes after the club made huge cuts to its coaching staff as part of severe cost-cutting measures at the end of 2020.
Senior assistant Dean Solomon was let go, along with development coaches Ashley Prescott, Nick Malceski, Andrew Swallow and Justin Koschitzke."
So apart from being Dew's mate, what are his qualifications which would place him above the cut staff in the job selection process?
