Pay a free against the "umpires" on those teams, simple really, and like most other laws of the game, if enforced will see the behaviour eradicated by coaches.
The deliberate out of bounds rule has become a blight on the game. The benefit of doubt should be given to the player disposing of the footy, the AFFL has an obsession with speeding up the game, which is leading to more injuries, more stoppages and more spectator discontent.
AFFL, stop and take a breath, we have seen over the last 6 months that that is not a bad thing to do (unless you are standing alongside a covid carrier). Give the game itself a chance to evolve and it will do so, for every flood back coach, there is someone who believes scoring is the key to winning
