The bloke spent 4 years in rehab, fronting up every week, probably doing the equivalent of 5 or 6 pre-seasons in all that work, he fronted up every week and put in at Peel and took every setback with good grace and dignity. He wanted to play football so badly that even after all the operations, rehab sessions, crushing re-occurrences and the criticisms like this, he fronted up at Melbourne and made a go of it. He's a great football story. He's a great story.
