Good and informative article
A Brave New World.

Seems like there have been changes to training strategies and player management, hopefully further changes will be made.

While the following article is about Charlie Dixon, the graphs make for interesting reading if you are a Tabs fan. He's doing good!

The stat I thought was pretty telling was the intercept marks vs spoils graph, it's basically the reverse of what it was under RL and that's a huge bonus for our side. Giving our defenders a license to take marks again and thus create opportunities for a fast transition from defence is huge.
Nathan: When did you get balls?
Simon: I've always had balls you've just never seen them.
Nathan: That's the gayest thing I've ever heard.

You’re right Biz, those charts sum up Tabs really well. Elite contested mark (especially one v one), average on the lead, dead-set liability when the ball hits the ground.

I called those graphs up on my phone and was looking at them - they made no sense until I touched one of those empty areas and up popped this:

Now it makes sense - cletus' paddock is even better than Tabs.

Nice work Polly. His back paddock isn't even in contention.

Bit harsh, Morgan, he is more than a one trick pony.

I thought I was being polite. I was just going off the graphs, so I didn't even mention his goal kicking, game awareness, or the fact he's made 4 tackles in total this season.

I do agree he is more than a one-trick pony though, because he's a great contested mark and covers the ground pretty well for a bloke his size (so long as there is no turning involved).
